Total Out Set Corporation is Licensed through the California State Board of Cosmetology. In which I have been in excellent standings since 1990. With over 30 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, it has been my goal since becoming a licensed professional, to provide complete excellence when creating our quality hair systems used in today's market. Since beginning the art of wig making in 1991, my focus has remained the same today in developing the highest quality hair systems for both men and women.
We only use 100% of 100% (Pure) Human-Hair in all of our hair systems. In fact, we are one of the only companies who actually use this procedure. This significantly differs from other companies in this industry because they secretly use what is called a "Synthetic Fiber Blend" and/ or "Yaki" hair blends!

We offer Professional ONLY products which we obtain directly from the original manufacturers, then retail to directly to you. We NEVER sell or condone the selling of counterfeit Hair Care products that have been developed in China.
